Do you have a returns policy?
You may return any "new" (unused and uninstalled) products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. We will process your refund once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items that have been used or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
Please wait for return instructions to be sent to you before shipping back the products.

Where do you deliver to and how long will it take?
We deliver all over Australia only (not internationally yet). Delivery times vary depending on your location within the country. We strive to ship our products to customers as quickly as possible through the fastest available shipping options.
Do you deliver to PO Box, Post office or Parcel Locker and remote areas?
We are unable to ship to PO Box, Post office or Parcel Locker. A physical address is required for the courier company.

May I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it has not been processed yet. Please contact us ASAP on hello@puregrid.com.au and confirm your order number and the product bought. If the products has been processed and dispatched, please review our return policy.
Can I change the delivery address?
If your product has not yet been dispatched, we can update your address in our system. However, if it has already been shipped, we will need to contact the courier company to request an address change. Please note that this process may involve a fee, which must be paid prior to confirming the change with the courier.
